I wanted to share the details of the company website redesign project I mentioned during our meeting yesterday. I think you're perfect to lead the development team on this initiative since it needs to be completed before the Q3 product launch:
- Design Implementation (due May 15) - Marketing has finalized the mockups and brand guidelines; we'll need to implement responsive templates for all device types
- Content Management System Setup (due May 30) - We need to migrate from our current WordPress setup while preserving all SEO rankings
